The need to improve indoor cellular coverage in Europe is often overshadowed by the drive to expand connectivity in rural areas. This is leading to an in-building coverage crisis that MNOs on the continent choose to ignore, leaving the responsibility to building owners. A recent panel discussion by speed testing firm Ookla looked at the vast (and expanding) indoor mobile coverage gaps affecting the building stock of European cities and the possible resolutions.
